Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Civil Engineers, EITs, and Designers across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Oversee project development from planning through design and construction support.
• Coordinate with marketing, staffing, and cross-functional teams to pursue opportunities.
• Mentor team members and promote design excellence.
