The ideal candidate holds a PE license, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and 10+ years of site/civil experience. This role offers hybrid work, strong client relationships, and opportunities for leadership and career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• 10+ years of Site/Civil engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Washington, DC Site/Civil team.
• Manage projects from concept through construction.
• Mentor and develop engineers and project managers.
• Build and maintain client relationships while supporting business development.
