KPFF is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and expand its Civil practice in the Washington, DC Metro Region, offering ownership potential and an entrepreneurial path within a collaborative, flexible design firm.

Ideal candidate has 10–15 years in private civil consulting in DC/MD/VA, PE license, strong site development and client relationships, and a track record of guiding multiple projects with excellence.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of civil engineering experience, with private civil consulting in DC/MD/VA.
• Active PE license.
• Experience in general site development.
• Strong client-facing skills and local connections.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D.

Responsabilités

• Lead the DC office and drive business development with autonomy.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deliver high-quality client service.
• Mentor and develop staff while directing project resources.
