Metric Geo, a multi-award-winning, established engineering firm, in Rockville, MD, is seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader (PE) to guide a growing team of engineers and CAD professionals.

You will direct land development projects across residential, master-planned, mixed-use, and commercial sectors, while serving as the primary client liaison and providing technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.

Qualificações

• BS in Civil Engineering and MD P.E license required.
• 8–15 years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential, master-planned, mixed-use).
• 1–2 years in Project Management or a leadership role preferred.

What we’re looking for:

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in MD
• 8-15 years of experience in civil engineering in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
• 1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
• Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferredStrong business development; a book of business is preffered
