Conrad Consulting in Washington, DC is seeking a Site/Civil Project Engineer (P.E.) to lead civil/site development designs for mixed-use, commercial, residential, institutional, and public-sector projects in the DC region.

The ideal candidate has a P.E. license (preferred), 6+ years of civil/site experience, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills to manage schedules, budgets, and client communications from concept through construction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of civil/site design and land development experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
• P.E. license preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and preparation of civil/site development plans, including grading, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, and site layout.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, budgets, and deliverables from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, permit applications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with Washington, DC and regional jurisdictional requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Support project managers with client communication and project execution.

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits, ESOP

We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil/Site Senior Project Engineer to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This position offers the opportunity to lead the design and execution of diverse land development projects, including mixed-use, commercial, residential, institutional, and public-sector developments. Key Responsibilities
