Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead civil engineering design and manage client projects from concept to construction support.

The role requires a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and hands-on design experience across transportation and site development projects in a senior capacity. You will supervise project scope, schedule, budget, and staffing while coordinating with internal teams, subconsultants, and agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive site design experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional projects (municipal, county, state).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Lead for the Civil Engineering group and oversee project delivery from concept through permitting and construction support.
• Perform and review designs including stormwater, hydrology/hydraulic analyses, drainage, erosion control, water and wastewater distribution, and road design.
• Ensure compliance with state DOT standards and local regulations; seal engineering documents as required.
