KPFF Consulting Engineers is seeking a leader to grow the Civil practice in the Washington, DC Metro Region. The role focuses on driving business development and overseeing multiple projects while mentoring staff and maintaining high standards of client service.

The position targets professionals with a PE license and 10–15 years of private civil consulting experience in the DC/MD/VA area, with strong local connections to secure new opportunities.

Qualifications

Requires a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with 10-15 years of experience in private civil consulting, specifically within the DC/MD/VA region.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D and possess strong local connections to generate new project opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead and expand the Civil practice in the Washington, DC Metro Region.
