Conrad Consulting Ltd partner with an award-winning multidisciplinary design and engineering firm in Nashville to hire a Civil Engineering Project Manager with a PE and strong technical foundation. You will lead civil/site and land development projects, mentor engineers, and manage client relations from design through delivery.

This role emphasizes project leadership, business development, and collaboration across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, with a clear path for career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Tennessee PE or ability to obtain one required.
• 7+ years of civil engineering experience preferred.
• Strong civil/site and land development background.
• Experience managing projects, clients and design teams.
• Strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Comfortable reviewing technical work while delegating design production.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/site and land development projects from design through delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables and quality.
• Lead, delegate work to, and mentor engineers and designers.
• Review technical design across grading, drainage/stormwater, utilities and site infrastructure.
• Lead client and regulatory agency meetings.
• Support proposals and business development.
• Work across commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and community-focused projects.
