Langan seeks an Intern/Co-op – Site/Civil Engineering to join the Las Vegas, NV team. You will assist with feasibility studies, field work, calculations, and design documents for land development projects.

This role offers hands-on exposure to industry leadership, training, and real project experience across diverse site projects in the U.S.

Ideal candidates are pursuing civil engineering with strong design software skills and good communication.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a four-year Civil Engineering degree; GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and modify reports, specifications, plans, schedules, estimates.
• Use reports, maps, drawings to assess soil, terrain, hydrology data.
• Support zoning and permit assessments; assist with sidewalk estimations.
• Provide field inspection services, as needed.
• Apply knowledge of engineering and mathematics.
• Collaborate with team members on tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested.
