GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Site Change Execution Leader to drive cross-functional data changes and site change requests to keep goods flowing from suppliers.

You will coordinate across projects, tax/controllership, finance, customs, logistics, planning and other stakeholders to execute site changes and project delays. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in Sourcing/Operations/PM with experience in Power generation or Oil & Gas sectors, plus strong leadership and communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of site change requests across organization and systems (date changes, equipment swaps, address changes).
• Drive closure on steps required across processes and systems to align equipment execution with site change requests.
• Partner with Project Sourcing Manager and sourcing leadership to identify the best path forward to execute site change requests.
• Resolve roadblocks across groups such as projects, tax/controllership, finance, customs, logistics, planning, MRP, Genpact, etc.
• Participate in weekly Project Change Review and provide status updates and next steps.
• Create standard work to design Sourcing Site Change & Project Delay protocols for product movement at suppliers.

Job Description Summary

The HDNU Projects Sourcing Site Change Execution Leader will be responsible for driving task execution and completion throughout all affected cross functional groups that must modify data for particular site changes, project delay and/or resale transactions. Additionally, assisting in scoping and developing standard work may also be required to ensure we generate speed in ensuring goods move freely from Suppliers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate execution of site change requests across our organization and systems (date changes, equipment swaps, address changes, etc.)
• Drive closure on the many steps required across our process and systems to align equipment execution with site change requests (manage through many different owners and key stakeholders)
• Partner with Project Sourcing Manager and sourcing leadership on identifying the best path forward to execute site change requests
• Cross functional support resolution of roadblocks when executing site change requests; coordinating agreement across various groups such as projects, tax/controllership, finance, customs, logistics, planning, MRP, Genpact, etc.
• Participate in weekly Project Change Review; take actions on next steps for project-specific site change request and provide weekly update of status of these actions and remaining steps to fully excuse the request
• Create standard work where required to design Sourcing Site Change & Project Delay protocols that enable product movement at suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Substantive experience in any of Sourcing, Commercial Operations / Sales, Supply Chain /Manufacturing / Operations, or Project Management of at least 8 years
• Relevant experience in Power generation / Oil & Gas sectors

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,800.00 and $181,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
