Zusammenfassung

ON.energy is seeking a Project Safety Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on EPC/renewables construction sites. The role requires leading HSE programs, training, and coordination with IPP and data center project teams, with travel to Snyder, Abilene, and other Texas sites as needed.

The position emphasizes independent decision-making, risk management, and ensuring adherence to regulations while supporting project delivery and safety culture across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Ten plus years work experience in EPC projects and/or heavy construction industry, with safety related certification (e.g., CHST) or equivalent.
• Low voltage/medium voltage electrical safety experience.
• Track record of sustained implementation and overall management of construction safety programs, with demonstrated performance.
• Strong leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Acts as a technical advisor to project team and contractors.
• Independently determines approaches and develops solutions to resolve HSE issues.
• Performs weekly safety inspections and provides direct feedback to the working group.
• Stops work when unsafe and implements corrective actions before restarting.
• Leads safety meetings and tailboard sessions with project management and vendor teams.
• Maintains project HSE data, training records, and incident reporting.
