Job summary

Ledcor Heavy Civil and Mining is seeking a driven Project Coordinator for a site-based mining role. You will work closely with field teams to coordinate daily activities, track progress in real time, and support safe, efficient project execution on mine sites.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in field engineering or project coordination within mining, a relevant engineering degree, and proficiency with MS Office and Primavera. Travel and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in field engineering, project coordination, or a similar role within mining.
• Experience supporting multi-phase mining or resource-sector projects.
• Education in engineering, construction management, mining technology, or related field (bachelor's preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Interpret mine plans and project specifications to support field supervisors and crews.
• Perform quantity calculations, production tracking, and daily progress reporting.
• Assist in developing shift plans, work packages, and operational sequencing for mine-site activities.
• Coordinate and schedule materials, consumables, and equipment to meet timelines.
• Provide oversight and coordination support to field operations and contractor activities.
