Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Site Automation Implementation Specialist to configure, deploy, and support construction automation applications across multiple projects. Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Construction Management, Engineering, and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting or configuring digital applications.
• Experience with system configuration, user access management, or application setup.
• Experience supporting software in project, construction, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy site automation applications across assigned projects under direction of the Implementation Lead.
• Set up and maintain core applications including TeamWorks, SetRoute, Smart Completions, Procore, iHawk, and visualization tools.
• Provide day-to-day support for applications across multiple projects and onboarding of new users.
• Monitor usage, performance, and data quality indicators; troubleshoot issues and assist with go-live and stabilization.
