ScriptPro is seeking an Implementation Manager, Automation Systems to assess client systems and integrate hardware and software solutions. You will work with Robotic System teams to coordinate project life cycles, schedules, and deliverables.

The role involves collaboration across departments, on-campus and remote work, and travel to meet customers. Strong communication and technical background are essential for successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline preferred.
• Experience with software installations, client/server relationships, networking, and database management.
• Strong negotiation skills to balance customer and company needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to adapt work hours to meet project delivery needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather, manage, and prioritize customer requirements.
• Prepare specification documents, interface documents, and data mappings for developers.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams and vendors on scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Resolve conflicts and manage ambiguity to keep projects on track.
• Maintain knowledge of ScriptPro products for effective installations.
• Manage multiple customer accounts through implementation lifecycle.
• Travel about 30% for site visits and meetings.
