Job summary
The Construction Automation Specialist will support day-to-day operation, setup, and maintenance of Construction Automation systems on an active Houston project site. You will provide hands-on support for digital tools and field-related technology used by construction teams, with duties under the Construction Automation Lead.
You will help with system setup, user onboarding, and issue resolution, while ensuring data quality and adherence to standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of experience.
- 3+ years supporting construction technology, digital systems, or site IT/automation.
- Hands-on with document management, reporting tools, mobile apps, or similar systems.
- Ability to work in active construction environments and communicate technical issues clearly.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of Construction Automation systems in the field.
- Assist with system setup, configuration, reports, user access, and security roles.
- Monitor data quality and address routine issues affecting daily operations.
- Troubleshoot basic software issues and escalate complex ones to the lead.
