Job summary

GreenLight Fund Kansas City is seeking a Site Associate to support research, portfolio management, and community engagement. You will conduct analysis, perform due diligence, and help track portfolio performance for informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director and across the GreenLight network, coordinating with local stakeholders and investors. This role emphasizes data-driven storytelling and proactive community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrable engagement in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Research existing local social issues and priorities affecting underserved populations.
• Conduct local landscape analysis with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Perform due diligence on prospective portfolio organizations.
• Record, synthesize and produce reports and briefs for decision-making.
• Support community engagement with local stakeholders to align with priorities.
• Track portfolio performance, outcomes, and risks.
• Coordinate with portfolio organizations to meet milestones.
• Prepare materials for advisory meetings and research findings.
