Job summary

GreenLight Fund Miami is seeking a thoughtful, mission-driven Program Manager to manage programmatic work, including research, selection, community engagement, and portfolio management. This role will lead analysis, support stakeholder relationships, and ensure strong coordination and delivery of program activities in alignment with site priorities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will work across the GreenLight network, lead community engagement initiatives, and help translate insights

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 to 7 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrable engagement in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on current and emerging community-based social issues and priorities affecting historically underserved children, youth, and families.
• Lead local landscape analysis, including qualitative and quantitative research, data evaluation, and stakeholder engagement with community leaders and partners.
• Support Executive Director in ensuring high-fidelity evaluation of perspective portfolio organizations.
• Conduct due diligence on prospective portfolio organizations, including financial evaluation and impact assessment.
• Record, synthesize, and produce reports and briefs to guide program strategy, decision-making, and site leadership.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support program strategy and impact.
• Lead community engagement initiatives, ensuring collaboration and alignment with site priorities.
• Serve as a point of contact for program-related communications, including sharing findings, progress, and opportunities.
• Support portfolio management, including tracking performance, data collection for reporting, and coordinating with portfolio organizations.
