GreenLight Fund seeks a mission-driven Program Manager to oversee research, portfolio management, and community engagement in Miami. You will coordinate with the Executive Director and work across the GreenLight network to advance site priorities and deliver program activities.

You will bring 4–7 years of related experience, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated local community engagement. Travel is limited; Salesforce experience is a plus and diversity is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 to 7 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrable engagement in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on community issues affecting underserved populations.
• Conduct local landscape analysis with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Support Executive Director in evaluating portfolio organizations.
• Record, synthesize, and produce reports to guide strategy and decisions.
• Establish relationships with community partners to support impact.
• Lead planning and execution of program-focused events.
