GreenLight Fund Kansas City is seeking a thoughtful Site Associate to support research, portfolio management, and community engagement. You will perform analysis, due diligence, track portfolio performance, and help inform decision-making with the Executive Director.

This in-person role requires 3–5 years of related experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and a demonstrated commitment to the local community. Travel is modest (5–10%), and compensation includes generous benefits.

• Demonstrable engagement in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Research existing local social issues and priorities affecting underserved communities.
• Conduct landscape analysis and stakeholder meetings.
• Perform due diligence on portfolio organizations with impact and financial assessments.
• Record, synthesize, and produce briefs to inform leadership decisions.
• Support community engagement by holding conversations with local stakeholders.
