Job summary

GreenLight Fund Detroit is seeking a thoughtful, mission-driven Site Manager to lead the execution of site strategy, including research, portfolio management, and stakeholder engagement. This role will report to the Executive Director and work across the GreenLight network to drive rigorous selection, monitoring, and reporting.

The Site Manager will coordinate with community partners and investors, manage due diligence and reporting, and ensure alignment with site priorities and learning

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional experience in nonprofit management, consulting, social impact, philanthropy, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrable engagement in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Lead site strategy, research local issues and priorities affecting underserved communities.
• Oversee portfolio monitoring, progress toward outcomes, and reporting to Executive Director.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, investor relations, and communications planning.
• Ensure documentation and dashboards support effective site management and decision-making.
