Job summary

GreenLight Fund is seeking a thoughtful Site Associate in Nashville to support research, portfolio management and community engagement efforts. You will conduct analysis, assist due diligence, track portfolio performance and help with reporting, reporting to the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Nashville and collaborating across the GreenLight network.

• Experience with community-focused research and stakeholder outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research existing local social issues and priorities affecting underserved children, youth, and families.
• Conduct local landscape analysis including qualitative and quantitative research and stakeholder meetings.
• Perform due diligence on prospective portfolio organizations, including impact and financial assessments.
• Record, synthesize and produce reports and briefs based on analysis and key findings to inform Executive Director and stakeholder decision-making.
• In partnership with the Executive Director, support community engagement by holding conversations with local stakeholders to ensure alignment with the site's strategic priorities and community context.
• Track performance, progress toward outcomes, and emerging opportunities or risks.
• Collect and analyze program data for reporting and coordinate with portfolio organizations to meet milestones.
• Prepare materials for selection advisory meetings, including agendas, briefs, and research findings.
• Maintain internal management, data, and reporting systems; coordinate site workflow and identify gaps for improvements.
• Maintain investor database, write grant proposals, and support investor relations activities.
• Maintain social media, website content, newsletters, and blog postings; support events planning and execution.
