Job summary

Perryman Construction Services in Lewiston, Maine, is seeking an experienced Site and Utility Construction Foreman to lead daily operations on our projects. You will supervise crews, enforce safety, interpret plans, coordinate materials, and partner with the PM to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a foreman in site/utility construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment operation, and safety standards.
• Read plan sets and operate key heavy equipment.
• Leadership skills - able to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and make decisions under pressure.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent; construction management education is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear daily progress reports to PM and owner representatives
• Read and interpret project plan sets and specifications to layout work for the crew

We are looking for an experienced site/utility Foreman to lead daily operations on our construction projects. In this role you will supervise crews, ensure safety compliance, interpret plans, coordinate materials, and work with your PM to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
