Job summary

Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) in Michigan is hiring an Administrative Specialist for a new mega-site manufacturing project. This full-time role covers cleaning/greening management, staff coordination, health services for expats, and comprehensive office administration.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years of relevant experience; English/Chinese/local language can be used as working language.

Qualifications

• Full-time undergraduate degree or higher.
• English/Chinese/local language can be used as working language.
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning and greening programs, staffing, supplies, and supervise security personnel.
• Plan and organize employee activities; convey culture and values; boost belonging and cohesion.
• Manage health services, build health resource platform for expatriates and traveling staff.
• Provide admin services (courier, reception, supplies, uniforms) for the office area.
• Handle business expenses acceptance and settlement.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
