Job summary

CATK in Bowling Green, KY seeks a skilled engineer to lead demand analysis, design, and implementation of QMS/QIS/xQC/UAA/SSOT/BPM and mobile app systems. You will troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain enterprise platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

The candidate will develop and support operation systems and apps, ensuring reliable database configurations and clear documentation. Strong programming and debugging skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience integrating and optimizing enterprise systems in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and logic, aligning tech with business goals.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript) and database operations.
  • Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

** Job Description**



  • Lead the demand analysis, scheme design, and implementation promotion of QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other enterprise systems to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance of QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain operation systems and mobile phone applications,including construction, operation, maintenance, and technical support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business requirements with information systems, improving overall business performance and user satisfaction.

  • Ensure seamless database operation, configuration, and maintenance, leveraging proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or JavaScript as needed.

  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives.


** Qualifications**



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in integrating and optimizing QMS, QIS, xQC, UAA, SSOT, BPM, Mobile Apps and other enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of business systems and logic, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.) and database operations.

  • Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.

  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level.


** Work Environment & Physical Requirements**



  • Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.

  • Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.

  • Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.

  • Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
