• Manage Software Discrepancy Reports (SWDR) – tracking, prioritization, and completion with the SIT team and SW Development team.
• Manage cost/schedule inputs.
• Conduct weekly meetings and provide regular status.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Provide training and technical resource availability.
• Support customer technical support.
