Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Fairfax, VA is seeking an experienced Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Integrator to support a high‑profile program. The role focuses on verification, integration, and testing of ground software systems across mission management and C2 domains.

Ideal candidates will have strong automation skills, MBSE exposure, and active TS/SCI with CI Poly. Primary location options include Fairfax, Linthicum, or Morrisville with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience for Principal or 8+ years for Sr. Principal.
• Experience with ground software system verification, especially C2 and Mission Management.
• Strong integration and test planning, execution, and documentation skills.
• Proven testing tools and automation capabilities.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Poly at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Perform Verification & Validation for ground software systems (mission management, command and control, space vehicle operations).
• Develop and execute integration and test plans with test cases and procedures.
• Collaborate with developers and testers to resolve issues and achieve full system integration.
• Utilize testing tools and automation to improve efficiency in integration.
• Document processes, results, and optimization recommendations.
