Job summary

The University of Washington seeks four Program Operations Analysts to join Academic Strategy and Affairs Information Services (ASA-IS) as part of the Student Systems Transformation (SST) project. The role will facilitate discovery of business processes, gather requirements, and identify gaps where vendor solutions may not meet UW needs, with hybrid on-site/remote telework option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 2 years of professional experience in business systems analysis.
• Experience translating user requirements into specifications.
• Experience coordinating projects or programs with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document business needs and analyze processes across cross-functional teams.
• Define scope, objectives, risks, and success criteria.
• Develop requirements and specifications for systems.
• Facilitate end-user groups to gather needs and prioritize requirements.
• Create decision frameworks and assess solution value.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines and reports.
• Support change management and training activities.
