Job summary

Metropolitan School District of Wayne Township is seeking a diligent Data Analyst II to ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data within the district's SIS. You will support enrollment, attendance, scheduling, and reporting while collaborating with district teams to meet state and federal requirements.

The role includes training staff, maintaining data quality, and assisting with IDOE submissions and data corrections as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with student information systems in a K-12 district is required or preferred.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver staff training on SIS procedures.
• Familiarity with Indiana DOE reporting requirements and data exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and integrity of student data within the SIS across multiple modules.
• Identify and correct data errors affecting enrollment, attendance, scheduling, and reporting.
• Support IDOE reporting via LINK Initiative and Data Exchange.
• Provide primary SIS support to school data secretaries and staff responsible for enrollment and records.
