Job summary

Edupoint Educational Systems is seeking a Student Information System Business Analyst II to partner with districts, gather requirements, and drive product enhancements through the product lifecycle. You will interface with customers, coordinate with developers, and ensure timely delivery of features and documentation.

The role focuses on documenting business requirements, facilitating design discussions, and providing ongoing support during implementation, with opportunities for collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, training, and/or quality assurance.
• 3+ years supporting Edupoint products.
• Experience coordinating professional services activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical analysis sessions to identify requirements for software product changes.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, storyboarding, use-case scenarios, and task/workflow analysis.
• Document product requirements and functional/technical design documents.
• Provide training and support during implementation and post-implementation phases.
