Job summary

Regional Center of the East Bay is seeking a QA Specialist/Case Manager in California to help ensure health and safety needs are promptly addressed by coordinating information for incident reports and maintaining risk management data.

You will contribute to compliance with DDS reporting timelines, provide trainings, and prepare data summaries for committees while supporting various related duties in a nonprofit regional service system.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or Bachelor’s with 2 years paid experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through within timeframes.
• Ability to analyze data and use software (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Driver’s license required.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Specialist or Case Managers to obtain information for incident reports ensuring health and safety needs are addressed.
• Support compliance with DDS reporting timelines.
• Maintain a risk management database.
• Provide trainings to RCEB employees and vendors.
• Create monthly or as-needed data summaries for committees or DDS.
• Participate in State Risk Management meetings.
• Other related duties as assigned.
