Health Plan of San Joaquin is seeking a Compliance Data Analyst to support coordination, assessment, research, and auditing of key regulatory matters while working remotely from California.

Under supervision, you will assist in risk assessments, contract compliance, audits, corrective actions, and reporting. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, data analysis, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years reading, analyzing and interpreting laws or regulations.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and compliance in health care.
• Experience with audits, corrective actions, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess, research, and audit compliance matters.
• Support contract development, renewals, and amendments with EOC reviews.
• Lead internal/external audits and monitor corrective action progress.
