Job summary

AgreeYa Solutions is seeking an SIR Implementation Specialist to configure the core ServiceNow Security Incident Response capabilities using an OOB-first approach. The role will translate the agreed SIR process into configuration across roles, groups, playbooks, routing rules, escalation logic, risk calculator, inbound email, security tags, SLAs and foundational process setup.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, preferably with SecOps, SIR, ITSM, workflow configuration, and operational process enablement.
• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Security Incident Response.
• Experience with ServiceNow roles, groups, forms, lists, workflows, assignment rules, escalation rules, SLAs, notifications, and inbound actions.
• Understanding of OOB configuration versus customization trade-offs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow SecOps concepts, playbooks, and risk scoring.
• Ability to work with business and security stakeholders during workshops.
• Strong documentation discipline for configuration evidence and handoff.
• Ability to support a compressed Q4 delivery timeline.

Responsibilities

• Configure core ServiceNow Security Incident Response capabilities.
• Translate SIR process into configurations across roles, groups, playbooks, routing rules, escalation logic, risk scoring, inbound email, and security tags.
• Set up SLAs and foundational processes to support timely incident response.
• Collaborate with business and security stakeholders during workshops to validate configurations.
