• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with service desk operations, ticket management, and customer support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, system, and application issues.
• Manage incidents throughout their lifecycle with timely resolution and proper escalation.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
• Create, update, and improve knowledge base articles to enhance self-service capabilities.
• Utilize ServiceNow to track incidents, manage tickets, document solutions, and support reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and knowledge sharing.
