Acron Aviation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a high-energy SIOP Leader to balance sales forecast uncertainty with capacity and inventory investments. You will design, deploy, and continuously improve SIOP processes, standard work, and KPIs to ensure one integrated operating framework.

The role leads Sales Operations and Master Scheduling, collaborating across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Engineering to deliver on growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of progressive aerospace manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Direct experience leading within S&OE / SIOP processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional value streams.
• Proven lean manufacturing and continuous improvement leadership.
• Strong financial acumen in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Experience developing KPI trees for sales plans and master schedules.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP in SAP or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Power BI or similar).
• Understanding of aerospace certification, quality and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead through influence, persuasion and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End SIOP process ownership and governance.
• Lead weekly SIOP cadences across product lines and functions.
• Provide governance for revenue, EBITDA, inventory estimates and variance analysis.
• Accountable for revenue and inventory results and constraint management.
• Manage demand: aggregation, segmentation, forecasting by family/platform.
• Create master schedule with level loading and smoothing.
• Rough-cut supply planning by value stream/site/supplier.
• Capacity modeling and rate readiness reviews.
• Integrated reconciliation of demand–supply–finance.
• Execution bridge from SIOP to scheduling with governance.
