Job summary

Axillon Aerospace, Inc. in San Diego seeks a Manager, SIOP & Supply Chain to connect demand, capacity, materials, and production and drive SIOP discipline across the site.

You will lead procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics, align execution with business objectives, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing to deliver on-time customer results in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to lead individuals locally and through a matrixed organization.
• Strong data gathering, reporting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of site supply chain operations including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
• Oversees SIOP process to align demand, supply, inventory targets, and capacity.
• Manages procurement operations and supplier relationships, including contract administration.
• Manages production planning, demand planning, and master scheduling.
• Leads continuous improvement to improve efficiency, inventory, and on-time delivery.
