Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking a qualified SIOP Supply Planning Manager to align production capacity, materials, inventory, and customer demand globally. This role guides the monthly planning process and ensures service levels and inventory objectives are met.

Based near New Haven, CT, the role offers a competitive base salary, bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits as part of MAES.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related STEM field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning and SIOP in manufacturing.
• Leadership experience coaching and developing planning professionals.
• Proven scheduling, capacity planning, MRP, demand-supply balancing, and inventory management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint with ERP/MRP familiarity (SAP/JDE) and BI tools like Power BI.
• APICS CPIM/CPSM/CPF preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly SIOP Supply Review including capacity planning and forecast impacts.
• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives to resolve imbalances and reduce waste.
• Develop and maintain 18-month rolling inventory and shipment projections.
• Manage planning master data including time fences, safety stock, and lead times.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply planning team.
• Collaborate across functions to implement world-class planning processes and governance.
