Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning, procurement, logistics and inventory across global chemical operations. You will balance service, cost and risk while ensuring manufacturing continuity and compliant, safe operations.

The role requires 5–7+ years in regulated supply chains, JD Edwards experience, and a proven track record in Lean/Six Sigma-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) including supply chain and manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across planning, procurement, production planning, warehousing and logistics.
• Ensure alignment between demand, capacity and supplier capabilities.
• Own performance across service, cost, inventory and working capital.
• Define and monitor KPIs like OTIF, inventory turns, service level and cost performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma and digital tools.
