Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a SIOP Supply Planner to drive supply planning and execution within the SIOP framework for the Thermal product portfolio. You will sync supply plans with demand, capacity, and inventory strategies while partnering with manufacturing sites, procurement, demand planning, and business operations to ensure feasible plans aligned with priorities.

The role requires collaboration across functions, strong data analysis capabilities, and experience with ERP/planning tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
3–5 years in supply planning, SIOP/IBP, or production planning.
Experience with ERP/planning systems: SAP, Kinaxis, OMP.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau for data analysis.
APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the supply plan within the SIOP process balancing demand, supply, and inventory.
Translate demand plans into production and material requirements with factories, buyers, and suppliers.
Lead supply reviews; communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
Monitor inventory health including safety stock, excess, and obsolescence.
Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to address capacity/material constraints.
Participate in monthly SIOP cycles with data for supply, demand, reconciliation.
