Job summary

Airmar Technology Corporation is seeking an experienced SIOP Manager to own the end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process and lead a team of demand, inventory and supply planning professionals. You will drive alignment across Sales, Finance, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing and oversee the monthly Executive SIOP review with trade-off decisions.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive SIOP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in ERP/MRP and advanced planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SIOP process including demand, supply and inventory planning.
• Lead monthly Executive SIOP review with scenarios and decisions.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and forecast hierarchies.
• Define inventory policies and manage excess/obsolete inventory reviews.
• Mentor and develop a team of planners and analysts.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile operational and financial plans.
