Job summary

Club Car, LLC is seeking an SIOP Manager to lead and continuously improve the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning process, aligning demand with capabilities across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development.

You will facilitate monthly planning cycles, identify risks and opportunities, and provide leadership with recommendations to improve service, efficiency, and inventory performance. This role requires strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• APICS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the monthly SIOP process and planning calendar.
• Facilitate demand, supply, and pre-SIOP review meetings.
• Maintain planning assumptions, key metrics, and reporting tools.
• Ensure approved SIOP plans are communicated and translated into operational execution plans.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain supply plans based on manufacturing capacity, labor availability, supplier capability, and material constraints.
• Monitor capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks or shortages.
• Partner with Operations, Production Planning, and Procurement to resolve supply constraints.
• Assist in evaluating capacity scenarios.
• Monitor inventory levels against targets and objectives.
• Identify excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory risks.
• Support inventory reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels.
• Analyze inventory trends and actions.
• Balance production requirements with resources and materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain for new product launches readiness.
