Allegro MicroSystems, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of SiOP to lead our global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning function. This executive role chairs SiOP meetings with C-Suite and cross-functional leaders, oversees demand and supply planning, and drives a closed-loop monthly SiOP process that translates executive decisions into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in operations management or planning with SiOP/IBP experience; semiconductor industry preferred.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, global organizations through transformation and growth.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to present and influence at the C-Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SiOP and Supply Chain Systems teams across demand, inventory, supply, and financial planning.
• Chair the global Executive SiOP process; align Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Drive analytics and scenario planning to support revenue target development.
• Oversee short-term wafer and supply planning alongside mid-to-long-term horizon planning.
• Define and maintain SiOP calendars and cadence for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Develop metrics and scorecards translating data into actionable executive decisions.
