Job summary

R. H. Sheppard Co. is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to turn complex data into actionable decisions. You will own the SIOP monthly process, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across functions to ensure on-time customer demand and optimal inventory levels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and the ability to drive improvements in procurement data and reporting. This is a hybrid role with in-office and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management required.
• Strong knowledge of materials and inventory management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Plex ERP system knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of materials management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own entire SIOP monthly processes, meetings, and calendar. Drive process improvement and visibility around root cause for fluctuations to monthly KPI’s.
• Perform business process analysis by monitoring key KPIs and utilize basic and advanced analytical tools to identify and address areas of risk.
• Proactively work with plant operations on constrain demand plans that assist in ensuring external customer demand requirements are being met.
• Lead and facilitate the process of developing mitigation actions to meet customer’s demand. Lead the weekly cross functional meetings.
• Participate in the implementation of processes that can drive improvements in the area of supplier and customer delivery performance.
• Provide timely reports, making recommendations for necessary changes and implement improvements. Automate where possible.
• Develop and maintain standards, policies, and procedures surrounding procurement data collection, analysis, and reporting.
