Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in demand planning, supply chain, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience with CIOP and ERP systems (Netstock and MS NAV/Business Central preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and statistical methods.
• Align forecasts with supply planning, production schedules, and inventory strategy.
• Maintain forecasting models, reports, and dashboards.
• Track forecast accuracy, bias, revenue alignment, and inventory levels.
• Provide actionable insights to Sales, Operations, and Finance leaders.
• Support capacity planning and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Assist with end-of-life planning for discontinued products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotions and launches.
• Continuously improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
