Job summary

Mrs. Gerry's Kitchen, LLC in Albert Lea, MN is seeking an SIOP Demand Planner to integrate sales forecasts with operational execution and align planning with financial goals.

You will develop forecasts, maintain planning systems, and report KPIs while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This onsite role emphasizes accuracy, proactive analysis, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with CIOP and ERP systems. Netstock and MS NAV/Business Central preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data and statistical forecasting methods.
• Align demand forecasts with supply planning, production schedules, inventory and warehouse and distribution strategies.
• Maintain demand planning systems, forecasting models, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Track and report key performance metrics including forecast accuracy and bias, revenue alignment with forecasts, inventory levels, and demand plan adherence.
• Provide actionable demand insights to Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support cross-functional planning initiatives including capacity planning and inventory optimization.
• Support the end-of-life process, helping to ensure the successful wind down of discontinued products and materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate promotions, new product launches, customer insights, trend analysis and market intelligence into the demand plan.
• Monitor and continuously improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias through ongoing analysis and process improvements.
• All other projects and duties as assigned.
