Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. in Illinois is seeking a seasoned SIOP Manager (Demand Planning & Digital Integration) to own and optimize the data-driven SIOP process.

You will integrate direct demand signals from customers into the ERP planning system and lead cross-functional SIOP governance. The role requires 5+ years in SIOP or demand planning, strong ERP experience (Infor LN preferred), and a track record of improving forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SIOP, demand planning or IBP roles in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing ERP planning modules (Infor LN preferred).
• Strong analytical forecasting and inventory planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Infor LN SIOP module implementation and ongoing optimization.
• Develop monthly SIOP across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
• Collaborate with customers and distributors to align demand signals.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor forecast accuracy and service levels.
• Partner with IT to implement enhancements and automation.
• Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings and drive corrective actions.
