The team emphasizes collaboration with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize capacity, inventory, and promotions.

The candidate will develop forecasts, maintain planning tools, and monitor forecast accuracy with a focus on reducing bias. Onsite work is required in Albert Lea.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and forecasting tools.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and forecasting methods.
• Align forecasts with supply planning, production, inventory, and distribution.
• Maintain planning systems, models, and dashboards.
• Report forecast accuracy, bias, and revenue alignment metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance on promotions and launches.
• Support capacity planning and inventory optimization initiatives.
