Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead forecasting and consensus planning across Demand, Sales, General Managers and Category Management. You will analyze trends, maintain statistical forecasts, and drive improvements in in-stock performance and supply chain efficiency.

You will coordinate with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to implement innovative planning solutions and provide KPI-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics or related preferred.
• Proficient in statistical concepts and forecasting methods.
• Ability to lead the team and interact with leaders in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and consensus discussions among Demand Team, Sales Leadership, General Managers and Category Management.
• Analyze historical trends and address opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain accurate statistical forecasts incorporating market intelligence.
• Lead cross-departmental projects and train team members on best practices.
• Provide KPI analysis and scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
