Job summary

Sartorius North America in San Francisco is seeking a Single Use Technology Expert to drive account targets and expand our SUT footprint. You will collaborate with local sales, applications, and key accounts to advance solutions across current and future molecules.

The role requires a Master's degree in engineering or life sciences, 3+ years in process development or manufacturing support, and strong communication. A CRM and MS Office savvy professional will fit best.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (engineer or scientist in the biopharma industry).
• 3+ years of successful experience in process development or process/manufacturing support.
• Relevant technical knowledge and extensive industry knowledge (pharma/biotech).
• Self-driven and capable of managing complex issues with innovation and structured processes.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve account targets (market share) in coordination with local sales and key account teams.
• Identify new opportunities at customer sites to drive growth in Single Use Technology (SUT).
• Support, coach and coordinate local sales teams and applications professionals involved in SUT.
• Contribute to major SUT projects, including interactions with Integrated Solutions.
• Contribute to innovation and track key account molecule pipelines.
• Engage with customers to maximize value and maintain strong partnerships.
