Job summary

May Mobility, based in Ann Arbor, MI, seeks a Manager of Simulation Operations to lead the team responsible for scenario creation, test execution, and QA across its virtual testing ecosystem. You will manage a hybrid team of FTEs and contractors, driving metrics, analytics, and fast, reliable simulation workflows.

You will build robust evaluation metrics, deliver actionable summaries to autonomy leadership, and push velocity with AI tools and automated prompts. Travel 11–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in technical operations, QA/testing management, or data operations.
• 2+ years direct people management of engineers/contractors.
• Proven metrics, QA frameworks, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience using modern AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end simulation operations with multi-cadence test suites to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee intake, generation, tagging, and maintenance of simulation scenarios from cross-functional teams.
• Enforce QA standards over inputs, platforms, and outputs; design and track evaluation metrics.
