Job summary

May Mobility, Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Manager of Simulation Operations to lead a hybrid team of engineers and contractors, driving end-to-end simulation workflows, test execution, and quality control across the company's virtual testing ecosystem.

You will develop robust evaluation metrics, provide actionable analyses to autonomy, safety, and product partners, and push for faster scene generation using AI tools, while maintaining rigorous QA and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technical operations or QA/testing management.
• 2+ years of people management of engineers/contractors.
• Proven ability to establish operational metrics and executive reporting cadences.
• Experience using modern AI tools to streamline team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end simulation operations with daily and ad-hoc test suites.
• Oversee ingestion, tagging, and maintenance of simulation scenarios.
• Enforce QA standards across inputs, platforms, and outputs; track unified evaluation metrics.
• Synthesize simulation outputs into concise summaries for leadership.
• Integrate AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate scenario generation and bug triage.
